The Sigmas of Charlotte have served the Southeastern Region of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. since 1950

Charlotte, North Carolina is a vibrant city strategically positioned in close proximity to some of the nation’s major markets. A small textile and mill town for much of the 20th century, Charlotte has emerged in recent years as one of the preeminent banking cities in the nation. Teeming with endless possibilities the brothers of the Beta Rho Sigma alumni chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated are a direct reflection of this vibrant city. A dynamic amalgamation of brothers from all over the country with incredible gifts and talents. Doctors, lawyers, educators scientists, entrepreneurs, clergy and even pro athletes are members of this chapter. What makes Beta Rho Sigma so dynamic is the selfless commitment to being the best in upholding the high ideas of brotherhood, scholarship and service. Beta Rho Sigma chapter men are quick to acknowledge that much of its success comes from recognizing that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
