Overview
Phi Beta Sigma was the first Greek organization to create a youth auxiliary. The Sigma Beta Club develops young men into leaders through mentorship, academic support, service, and character development. "It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men." — Frederick Douglass
How it began
Founded under Dr. Parlett L. Moore; the first club was organized in Montgomery, Alabama on April 23, 1954.
