Social Action encourages social, political and philanthropic leadership; drives health education and legislative awareness; and champions Sigma Wellness, a men's health initiative.
How it began
Formed in 1934 by Bro. Elmo M. Anderson, Social Action has since become a cornerstone of Sigma's national identity.

- Voter registration, education, and get-out-the-vote drives
- Sigma Wellness men's health screenings and awareness events
- Legislative awareness forums on issues affecting our community
- Community advocacy partnerships with local civic organizations
- Mental health and wellness programming for Black men
